This training completely transformed the way I approach public speaking. Can't recommend it highly enough.

- Matt Hall, Account & Commercial Director @ Artemis

Who is this for?

If you're the kind of professional to yes to any of the following, then what follows was built just for you.

You spend hours preparing for your presentations, but then your mind blanks or your words tumble out like a runaway train.

You’ve tried books, podcasts, or workshops to improve your confidence, but nothing seems to stick under pressure.

You walk away from presentations frustrated, replaying what you should have said, and fear public speaking might never be for you.

What's the problem?

The Communication Pressure Paradox

Why your skills vanish when all eyes are on you

Speaking under pressure is unavoidable.

At work with meetings, panels and presentations but outside work too: weddings, birthdays, events - it keeps showing up.

Around 70% of people fear public speaking. That ranks even higher than sharks.

You've read the books, watched the TED Talks, joined a workshop or two. But then the pressure hits:

  • your hands shake

  • your mind goes blank

  • you ramble

And you think: “Why can’t I just say what I mean?”

The real problem? The Communication Pressure Paradox: when the spotlight turns on you, your skills disappear because we
never practice using them under pressure.

The #1 reason this happens when public speaking?

Read-only training

It's just in one ear and out the other

Reading, webinars, and one-off workshops give you ideas but no real practice under pressure. And without training in the arena itself, you fall into three traps:

1. Underdeveloped Muscles

It’s like stepping into a Champions League final without ever kicking a ball. Except the reading makes you painfully aware of how far you are from where you want to be.

2. Nervous Prep

To avoid being caught off guard, you over-script and try to control every detail. But curveball questions, shifting audiences, or tech glitches are the norm, and they leave you frozen, exposed, and feeling like a deer in headlights.

3. Compensation Paradox

Relaxed and curious: you’re engaging. But under pressure, you overthink and try to “act like a proper speaker.” Forced posture, pace, and tone rob you of authenticity, leaving you robotic and disconnected.

The failed public speaking outcome?

At best, you look stiff. At worst, you fall apart. In the heat of the moment your knowledge deserts you, and you end up second-guessing, over-explaining, or coming across stronger than you meant.

So you avoid these situations. Others pass you over. Opportunities slip by. Over time, these moments chip away at your confidence, credibility, and enjoyment at work.

You’re left treading water in your role, undervalued and unable to win trust when it matters most.

Speaking up feels less like an opportunity… and more like a threat.

The solution for public speaking?

Our Actor-Led Practice (ALP) method

Break free by practicing with actor support, using the same scenarios you face in real life

The only way to break free from Read-Only Training is to practise under the same scenarios and pressures you face in real life — with live guidance from professionals who understand performance under pressure. That’s exactly what our actor-led practice method delivers.

Practice Under Pressure, Not Just in Theory

Instead of hiding behind notes or rehearsing alone, you’ll practice your real public speaking challenges — tough questions, curveballs, unexpected distractions. You build the muscle memory to stay composed when it counts.

Train Your Triggers

Actors are experts in handling nerves, presence, and improvisation under pressure. With our coaching, you’ll learn to spot your triggers, work with them, and keep your composure — even if the spotlight turns harsh.

Enhance Your Authentic Presence

No more of that silly “public speaking voice.” We help you strip away forced techniques and then strengthen what’s already there — using actors' tools for voice, body language, and presence. The result: communication that feels natural to you and engaging to your audience.

This is the system that fixes what’s broken. It turns information into embodied skill, theory into lived confidence, and time spent into results that actually stick.

Thank goodness!

The better public speaking outcome?

Public speaking stops being a threat and becomes a strength.

When you train under pressure with our actor-led practice method, you
stop dreading the spotlight and start using it.

→ You stay composed when nerves hit — so your ideas land clearly and calmly.
→ You speak naturally, without over-prepping — so people connect with you, not a stiff performance.
→ You handle curveballs with confidence — no more panic when questions or surprises come.
→ You leave the room proud, not second-guessing — with credibility that sticks.

And suddenly, everything else gets easier:

→ Team meetings feel lighter, not draining.
→ Presentations become opportunities, not threats.
→ You get noticed for the right reasons — trusted, respected, and ready for bigger roles.

Speaking up stops holding you back. It starts moving you forward.

Join our 6-week 'Speaking Up' Group Course

A new 6-week live group coaching course designed to help you stay calm and clear under the pressure of public speaking.

With actor-led training and real-world practice, you’ll go from dreading speaking challenges to feeling composed and confident. Whether it’s in team meetings, client updates, industry panels, or even life beyond work (like that looming wedding toast).

What's the process?

Practice the tricky bits

Speaking off the cuff, recovering after mistakes, handling tough questions or interruptions. In each session we create a safely challenging space to practice the hard bits, using real scenarios from your work, so you’re ready for the moments that matter.

Coaching & peer support

Work alongside others facing the same challenges. Our constructive feedback gives you a clear “sanity check” on how your style comes across, answers questions you can’t resolve on your own, and helps you identify what’s working (and what isn’t) in real time.

Learn the actor's toolkit

Actors are trained to use their voice, body, and storytelling to connect under pressure. You’ll borrow those same tools, adapted to the challenges of professional speaking, so you can bring out your natural style and feel engaging when it’s your turn to speak.

What we cover in the course

Yes, we're actors. Which means we’ve spent a lot of our time figuring out how to manage nerves, read the room, and keep people engaged, and we’ve translated those skills into practical tools for your everyday speaking at work.

Over six weeks, you’ll rehearse the moments that matter most — the quick updates, the tricky Q&As, the big presentations — while picking up handy stage-tested techniques to stay composed, engaging, and authentic in the spotlight.

Want to find out more?

Book your free consultation

Before you join a cohort, we'll always start with a free 1:1 consultation call. It’s a chance for you to get clarity, meet us, and set yourself up for success before committing.

Here’s what you’ll get from the call:

  • A personal chemistry check – meet the team and get a feel of our vibe, so you know if we’re the right fit for you

  • Goal setting – share what you’d most like to improve, and we’ll help you shape clear, realistic (but obviously ambitious) goals for your course.

  • Tailored advice – ask any questions, and get suggestions on how to approach your next speaking moments, even before the course begins.

  • Clarity on next steps – we’ll walk you through cohort timings, packages, and how to secure your place if you’re ready.

But what if the course doesn't work for me?

100% moneyback guarantee

We don’t expect you to take a leap of faith. If you join us, show up for at least 5 of the 6 live sessions, and still feel you haven’t made the progress you wanted, let us know within 7 days of your cohort's final session - and we’ll return your full fee.

No hoops. No awkward conversations. Just our commitment to providing a training course that delivers real change.

Of course, we’ve seen again and again that practicing under pressure with actor-led coaching creates real change — but now you can decide for yourself, risk-free too. This is your chance to see what you’re truly capable of in the spotlight.

Need help?

We’ve answered some of the most common questions here.

And if you’re still unsure about timing, packages, or fit, drop us a quick message and we’ll be happy to help.

We know life happens. If you miss part of a session, you won’t be left behind — each week builds on practical skills, and we’ll recap key points in later sessions with your cohort. Fast-Track participants also get full access to recordings, so you can revisit the material anytime and keep your momentum going.

If something major comes up that means you can’t finish your cohort, we’ll help you roll your place into a future one so you don’t lose the chance to benefit. Fast-Track participants can also keep building in the meantime, with access to recordings and personal feedback that carry across cohorts.

Each session runs for 90 minutes — long enough to get plenty of real practice, but focused so it fits into your week. You can choose the timing that works best for you from the available cohorts. Fast-Track participants also get session recordings, so you can revisit the material anytime if life gets in the way.

No big homework. You’ll bring scenarios from your real work that you’d want to prep for anyway (like an upcoming update or presentation), and we’ll practise them live together — a far more efficient use of your time, we think, than just prepping alone.

All you need is a computer with Zoom, a stable internet connection, and a working camera and microphone. Headphones can help with focus, but they’re not essential. Most importantly, join from a quiet space where you can speak freely and take part in the slightly-wacky acting exercises — it’s much easier (and more fun) when you don’t have to feel self-conscious.

If you ever feel your skills vanish the moment all eyes are on you, this course was built with you in mind. It’s ideal for nervous beginners who want to finally feel steady, busy professionals who need to sound clear and credible in front of colleagues and clients, and even experienced speakers who want to sharpen their presence and impact. Whatever your starting point, the focus is the same: staying composed, engaging, and authentic when it matters most. And yes — these skills can come in handy outside of work too, whether it’s a wedding toast, a birthday speech, or an anniversary celebration.

You’ll notice the difference straight away. As you practise, situations that once triggered nerves will feel more manageable. You’ll leave sessions with clear, real-world wins you can apply at work — and hear feedback from peers and coaches that confirms your progress.

Yes. Participants are more than welcome to expense the course through their organisation’s learning and development budget. If you’d like your employer to cover the cost, we can provide an invoice, a payment link, or any supporting information you need — just ask. After all, investing in your communication confidence has big potential benefits for your organisation too.

Definitely. The same skills apply to big life moments like weddings, social speeches, or interviews. Many participants say the benefits of our training show up in both professional and personal life. And they can be truly life-changing.

Most training is “read-only” — you think you’ve collected valuable tips, but freeze or fumble when the pressure’s on. Our actor-led practice method puts you in those high-pressure moments with expert guidance, so you actually build the muscle memory you need to perform when it counts.

No — the onboarding call is free and no-obligation. It’s simply a chance to meet our team, set your goals, and make sure everything is the right fit. You’ll only be asked to pay once you decide to join an available cohort.

Yes. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you attend at least 5 of the 6 core group sessions and feel you haven’t made progress, just let us know within 7 days of your final cohort session and we’ll refund your full fee — no hassle, no hard feelings.

An environment where it's easy to try new things without feeling embarrassed... I know it's helped me tonnes.

A note from our Founder

We've been there

"I know what it feels like to dread speaking up — the nerves, the blank mind, the overthinking. It’s the same pressure actors face every time they step on stage. The difference? We get trained to handle it.

That’s what this course is about: passing on those tools so you can feel steady, clear, and proud of how you show up when it matters.

Because honestly, the hardest part of this training isn’t the speaking — it’s deciding to start. Once you’re in, the practice, the guidance, and the support do the rest.

I’ve seen people go from shaky and hesitant to composed and engaging in just a few hours (no, really).

And since you’ve read this far, I’d love to help you take that first step. Let's find your voice, and make that next speaking moment one to be proud of."
